About the Job
Job Scope:
Coordinate and supervise soft services vendors for janitorial, hygiene, pest control, and cafeteria services
Monitor contractor performance and ensure SLA/KPI compliance
Conduct routine inspections across facility areas
Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards are met
Handle complaints and implement corrective actions
Prepare reports and liaise with client and service providers
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field
Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in facilities or soft services coordination
Good communication and coordination skills
Experience in managing vendors/contractors is an advantage
Familiar with safety, hygiene, and pest control standards
Familiar with semiconductor manufacturing environment

- Registered Facility Management Contractor under category F01
3) Kementerian Kewangan Malaysia (MOF)
