About the Job
Job Scope:
- Coordinate and supervise soft services vendors for janitorial, hygiene, pest control, and cafeteria services.
- Monitor contractor performance and ensure SLA/KPI compliance.
- Conduct routine inspections across facility areas.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards are met.
- Handle complaints and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare reports and liaise with client and service providers.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in facilities or soft services coordination.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Experience in managing vendors/contractors is an advantage.
- Familiar with safety, hygiene, and pest control standards.
- Familiar with semiconductor manufacturing environment.
