Job Title: Facilities Operations Manager

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Facilities Operations Manager to lead and optimize the day-to-day operations of our facilities. This role focuses on ensuring seamless service delivery, operational efficiency, and high standards in maintenance, safety, and workplace functionality. The ideal candidate will drive continuous improvement while managing teams, vendors, and budgets effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily facilities operations across multiple sites or a large facility including a mobile team.
- Ensure all building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, security) operate efficiently and reliably.
- Lead and manage facilities teams, including technicians, supervisors, and outsourced vendors.
- Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for facilities operations.
- Monitor service performance through KPIs and SLAs, ensuring high-quality delivery.
- Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
- Manage vendor contracts, procurement, and service agreements.
- Ensure full compliance with local health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Lead incident response, crisis management, and business continuity planning.
- Prepare operational budgets, control costs, and identify efficiency improvements.
- Oversee space management, workplace services, and operational readiness.
- Drive sustainability initiatives such as energy efficiency and waste reduction.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- 5–8+ years of experience in facilities management, with strong operational leadership exposure.
- Proven experience managing large facilities or multiple sites.
- Strong knowledge of building systems and facilities operations best practices.
- Experience in vendor management and contract negotiation.
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance and workplace safety standards.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Strong analytical and performance management skills (KPIs, reporting).
- Experience in high-demand environments (e.g., hospitals, malls, manufacturing, or corporate campuses).
- Strong technical knowledge of mechanical & electrical facilities services.
