Responsibilities:

Carry out operations, maintenance & repair for Air Conditioning & Mechanical Systems.
To immediately attend, rectify and escalate any breakdown and failure of system or equipment to ensure zero interruption to production.
To perform routine rounding on all systems and equipment.
To perform a visual inspection and data recording.
Carry out preventive maintenance and routine inspections for facility systems and equipment.
Troubleshoot and rectify minor electrical / mechanical issues.
Ensure all maintenance records and checklists are completed properly.
Coordinate with supervisors, engineers and contractors when required.
Support emergency maintenance activities and breakdown response.
Ensure work is carried out in accordance with site safety requirements and procedures.

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Air Conditioning/Mechanical system operation and maintenance.
Certificate/Diploma in HVAC/Mechanical/Electrical or related engineering fields.
Able to carry out preventive maintenance activities, troubleshooting and basic repair works.
Good understanding of safety requirements and maintenance procedures.
Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
