HVAC / MECHANICAL PM TECHNICIAN
Location: Bandar Bukit Raja, Klang, Selangor
MST Facilities Sdn Bhd is looking for an experienced HVAC / Mechanical PM Technician to support the reliable operation and preventive maintenance of HVAC and mechanical systems serving major automated warehouse facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance for HVAC and mechanical systems.
- Perform routine inspection, servicing and troubleshooting of air-conditioning equipment.
- Maintain AHUs, FCUs, ventilation systems, pumps, exhaust systems and related mechanical equipment.
- Carry out planned preventive maintenance according to approved schedules.
- Attend to breakdowns and work orders within required response times.
- Monitor equipment condition and identify potential failures.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and checklists.
- Assist engineers and supervisors with troubleshooting and major maintenance works.
- Coordinate with specialist contractors when required.
- Ensure all maintenance activities are performed safely and according to SOPs.
- Support reliable operation of facilities and automated warehouse operations.
Requirements
- Certificate/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning or related field.
- Minimum 2 years' relevant HVAC/mechanical maintenance experience.
- Good knowledge of HVAC and mechanical systems.
- Experience in industrial, warehouse, logistics, manufacturing or commercial facilities is preferred.
- Able to troubleshoot HVAC and mechanical equipment.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Willing to work shifts, standby or overtime when required.
