M&E FACILITIES ENGINEER

Location: Petaling Jaya/Klang, Selangor | Integrated Facilities Management

MST Facilities Sdn Bhd is looking for an experienced M&E Facilities Engineer to support the technical management of a major IFM contract covering advanced automated and multi-tenanted warehouse facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and monitor M&E maintenance activities across the facilities.
Oversee HVAC, electrical, mechanical, fire protection, plumbing and related building systems.
Plan and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance programmes.
Review equipment condition, maintenance reports and technical findings.
Coordinate specialist contractors and service providers.
Troubleshoot recurring M&E problems and recommend corrective actions.
Monitor work orders, PM compliance, SLA/KPI performance and outstanding works.
Support equipment reliability, energy efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives.
Prepare technical reports, quotations and improvement proposals.
Support emergency response and major maintenance activities.
Ensure works comply with approved SOPs, HSE and statutory requirements.

Requirements:

Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Building Services or related discipline.
Minimum 3–5 years' relevant M&E/facilities experience.
Strong understanding of HVAC, mechanical and electrical systems.
Experience in industrial, warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, semiconductor or MNC facilities is preferred.
Good technical troubleshooting and contractor management skills.
Strong communication, coordination and reporting abilities.
Relevant technical competency certification is an advantage.
