About the Job
Job Scope:
- Performing operations & maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire systems to avoid breakdowns.
- Troubleshoot and rectify minor electrical / mechanical issues.
- Ensure all maintenance records and checklists are completed properly.
- Coordinate with supervisors, engineers and contractors when required.
- Support emergency maintenance activities and breakdown response.
- Ensuring adherence to occupational health and safety standards.
Requirements:
- Certificate/Diploma in HVAC/Mechanical/Electrical or related engineering fields.
- Possess valid Chargeman AO or A1 Certification.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in operations/preventive maintenance of facilities ACMV, electrical or mechanical systems.
- Able to carry out preventive maintenance activities, troubleshooting and basic repair works.
- Good understanding of safety requirements and maintenance procedures.
- Optional to work rotating 12 hours shift, including weekends and nights, to provide 24/7 coverage.

- Registered Facility Management Contractor under category F01
