Operation & Maintenance Technician (Fire Protection Systems)

About the Job
Job Responsibilities:
- Carry out daily R&R (round & reading).
- Fire Technicians shall carry out daily inspections of all Fire Life Safety Systems (FLSS) to ensure all equipment is in normal operating condition, unobstructed, and safe for use.
- Any abnormal condition shall be reported immediately.
- A Corrective Maintenance Work Order (CMWO) must be raised without delay for any issues identified during preventive maintenance (PM), and relevant supporting evidence such as photos, readings, or measurements, shall be attached to the work order.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Experience working in a semiconductor manufacturing environment.
- Senior Technician (minimum 5 years of Fire Protection systems experience).
- Junior Technician (less than 2 years of Fire Protection systems experience).
- Certificate/Diploma in electrical/electronic or related field in FLSS.

- Specializations in HVAC/Mechanical/Electrical/Fire Protection Systems, BAS and General Buildings/Civil Engineering Works
- Registered Facility Management Contractor under category F01
3) Kementerian Kewangan Malaysia (MOF)
- Federal, State Governments and GLCs projects
