Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and certified Scrubber Facilities Supervisor to oversee the operations and maintenance (O&M) of local scrubber systems, with close coordination alongside the HVAC and Mechanical O&M teams. The ideal candidate will hold a valid CEPSO certification (Certified Environmental Professional in Scrubber Operation) from DOSH Malaysia and possess relevant industry experience, preferably within a semiconductor manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
We are seeking an experienced and certified Scrubber Facilities Supervisor to oversee the operations and maintenance (O&M) of local scrubber systems, with close coordination alongside the HVAC and Mechanical O&M teams. The ideal candidate will hold a valid CEPSO certification (Certified Environmental Professional in Scrubber Operation) from DOSH Malaysia and possess relevant industry experience, preferably within a semiconductor manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and perform day-to-day operations and preventive/corrective maintenance of local scrubber systems.
- Ensure compliance with DOSH regulations and environmental health and safety standards.
- Coordinate closely with the HVAC and Mechanical Facilities O&M teams to support integrated facilities operations.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and maintain detailed documentation and reporting.
- Conduct inspections, maintain SOPs, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide technical guidance and training to technicians and junior staff where necessary.
- Liaise with vendors and contractors for maintenance activities, parts replacement, and upgrades.
Requirements:
- CEPSO (Certified Environmental Professional in Scrubber Operation) certified by DOSH Malaysia - Mandatory.
- Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in scrubber system operation and maintenance.
- Experience in semiconductor manufacturing facilities or high-tech environments is preferred.
- Understanding of mechanical systems, HVAC, and industrial exhaust systems.
- Willingness to be on-call and work in shifts if required.
