SENIOR FACILITIES MANAGER

Location: Petaling Jaya/Klang, Selangor | Integrated Facilities Management

MST Facilities Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Senior Facilities Manager to lead the delivery of a major Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) contract. The facilities comprise advanced automated warehouse operations, multi-tenanted logistics facilities and multinational/global brand occupiers.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall performance of the IFM contract, covering M&E, HVAC, electrical, civil & structural, building services and outsourced soft services including janitorial, landscaping and handyman services.

Key Responsibilities

Lead overall IFM service delivery and ensure compliance with customer requirements, SLA/KPI and statutory obligations.
Act as the key interface between MST, customer representatives, tenants, contractors and service providers.
Lead the facilities management team and coordinate engineering, building services and site operations.
Oversee performance of outsourced janitorial, landscaping and handyman service providers.
Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance programmes and ensure timely completion.
Review service performance, work orders, maintenance reports, incidents and customer complaints.
Drive HSE, operational reliability, energy efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives.
Lead emergency response, incident management and business continuity activities.
Manage contractors, vendors, budgets, quotations and improvement projects.
Prepare monthly operational, financial, SLA/KPI and management reports.
Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Facilities Management, Building Services or related discipline.
Minimum 8 years' relevant facilities management experience, with proven management/supervisory experience.
Experience in industrial, warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, semiconductor, commercial or MNC facilities is preferred.
Experience managing multi-site or multi-tenanted facilities is an advantage.
Strong knowledge of M&E and building services.
Proven experience managing outsourced service providers and contractors.
Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
Good understanding of Malaysian statutory and HSE requirements.
Facilities Management or relevant professional certification is an advantage.
